- If You Can Dream It, God Can Do It

"Now glory be to God, who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of—infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes." (Ephesians 3:20 TLB)

The scripture above reminds us that God has the power to do things that exceed our very imaginations and natural capacities. It says if we can desire it, He can do it. If we can think of it, He can do it. If we can hope for it, He can do it. He can do above all we can ever dare ask for or dream of; but here's the thing: He does it all through His mighty power that works in and through us.

So, in the physical people will see you achieving these things, but they won't know the real deal happened behind the scenes by the mighty energy of Christ in you. The same mighty energy Paul spoke of in Colossians 1:29, "To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me." (NIV). He said he can achieve all that was declared his through this same energy.

And what is this energy? The anointing. Isaiah 61:1 tells us this energy came upon Jesus and endowed Him with power to do all He was destined to do. And now He's giving us of the same Spirit. But how do you stir the anointing in you to actualize the dreams God has given you?

First, understand that if God gave you that dream, it's because it is yours to fulfil and also because it is possible. Then, once that has sunk in, the next thing is to delight yourself in the LORD. Be happy in Him; trust and have faith in His ways, doing as He leads; then He says your dreams shall be given unto you, that is, the fruit of your dreams (Psalm 37:4). Believe God and then believe in your dream, because "Jesus said to him, “'If you can! ' Everything is possible to one who has faith.” 24Then the boy's father cried out, “I do believe, help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:23)
