- Declare It Boldly

“You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established to you: and the light shall shine upon your ways.” (Job 22:28)

                What you say is evidently what you get. That’s why God gives us a mouth and wisdom (Luke 21:15), because it is not enough to just know God’s thoughts and intention concerning you, you have to declare them to possess them.

                In our theme verse, the writer says you will have established in your life whatever you have declared. So, if you declare nothing, you are likely to get nothing as well. It’s a divine principle. When God made everything, He didn’t just imagine it into existence; that wasn’t enough, He spoke them to existence. “And God said…and there was...” (Genesis 1). This is because only words can create tangible matter and material out of our thoughts and emotions.

Thus, don’t just think it, speak it, and then act it. If you’re feeling the symptoms of sickness, declare to yourself that your body is whole and healthy, and then continue to act in this new understanding; and it will respond accordingly. Believe me I have tried it and it works. I used to think that it was just a farce as you may do, but it does work. It is God’s prescription, so it has to work. He says ‘Let the weak say I am strong’ (2 Corinthians 12:10). He isn’t going to say it for you. You have to say it yourself.

Notice what David said in Psalm 118:17; “I shall not die but live, and declare the works of the Lord”. It wasn’t God’s Word to him, it was he confirming God’s Word in his life. God wasn’t the one speaking, he was on the basis of the truth of the Word. So, speak! He says “Plead your cause that you might be justified” (Isaiah 43:26). This was what Jesus did. He spoke His own realities into reality every time even when the odds were against it all. He put His Word to work, and so can we by the Word of God in our mouth and the Spirit in our heart. Hence, start declaring your victory. Hallelujah!

Confession:

I am blessed beyond measure, for God has said that all things are mine because He has endowed me with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. I am victorious every time, for the Word of God is replete with my victory story in Him. As such I declare my victory in life and destiny every day; and as I say it, I see it. Glory to God!

DAILY VITAMIN - Overcoming Worry "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me." (John 14:1) The remedy to worry is faith.  Trusting that everything will be as God said it would be. If you notice you'd see that I never referred to how you feel, because your feelings will betray you. The reason why you worry in the first place is because of your feelings. Your natural response to all the stimuli affecting you right now. You're sad because you feel everything is choking you. And you're happy when you feel you are beginning to sense relief.   DAILY VITAMIN - God Is Able  "...for God is able to graff them in again" (Romans 11:23) In our theme scripture, Paul was speaking about the Jesus and how they had fallen out of grace because of their unbelief. However, he added that despite this God was able to bring them in again into the fold. Jesus spoke about the same in parables. Using the prodigal son, the lost coin and the lost sheep, He showed how God never gives up entirely on anyone, because as Paul wrote His desire is to have all men saved (1 Tim 2:4). Giving Generously

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. Richly, not in terms of quantity or even quality, nor quantifiable mass, but richly based on how much from the heart it is given. Was the heart rich in compassion, God's love and mercy as it gave? Or was it full of egotism, self-pride and every trait that makes him believe it is all in his power? Remember, a broken heart and a contrite spirit[full of the first traits], God wil not despise (Ps 51:17); and as long as there is a willingness of heart and readiness of mind[spurred by genuine love], it is acceptable towards God (2 Cor 8:11-12).
