Predestinated As Victors

DAILY VITAMIN
- Predestinated As Victors
"And those who are wise-the people of God-shall shine as brightly as the sun's brilliance, and those who turn many to righteousness will glitter like stars forever." (Daniel 12:3 TLB)
The entire Bible begins with victory for the people of God and ends with the same. The mid section may have portrayed some few challenges, but it always ends with victory. And this should excite you. Our theme verse says that the people of God will shine like the sun when all is said and done; that is, when others are being weighed, counted and found wanting, those who dedicated their lives to the exaltation of righteousness will keep blooming in the Lord throughout eternity.
Isn't that awesome? Well, that is what God has in store for you. And the greater part is that this doesn't have to begin in the next life, it can now. Jesus said that if anyone has lost family, properties or opportunities for the sake of the gospel, in this world he shall receive manifold measures, and in the world to come everlasting life (Mark 10:29-30). It's a two-way package - if you're interested. In essence, He is saying that all the time you spend doing His will and spreading His Word, that gets others laughing at you, is never a waste of time. He says that at the end, it shall work out for your deliverance.
This is enough reason to not give up now. You have to be strong. I know the pressures can be overwhelming sometimes, but you've got to stay strong. Anyway you can do this by keeping your eyes on your glorious end. The Bible tells us to emulate Jesus who could have fainted, but kept strong by staying affixed on the joy that laid before Him (Hebrews 12:2). You must do the same; because in God's manuscript of life, your end has glory written all over it in Him. Hallelujah!

Confession:
God's thought towards me is always of good and not evil, to give me an expected and glorious end. And just as He had predestinated me to be justified and glorified, He has placed me far above my challenges and circumstances, that I might forever live in the glorious liberty of the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be God!
