- Destined To Shine (2)
" Darkness as black as night shall cover all the peoples of the earth, but the glory of the Lord will shine from you" (Isaiah 60:2 TLB)
   Jesus said "He does His work through Me" (John 14:10 TLB), and the Bible says as He is, so are we in this world also (1 John 4:17). It then means that God is the one who is going to fulfill His good pleasure by shining through you. You don't have to be bothered about your limitations and disadvantages because it's not in your strength but His that this will come to be; God is fully in charge of this material transaction of your change of level experience. Remember, He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could possibly ask, think or imagine through His power at work in us (Ephesians 3:20).
   Thus, you're still on track, because it's not on your natural ability, but on God's capacity to shine through you. And what has He said will happen as a result?
    He says that even when others are having a hard time with the current crises; when the economy crashes and they are crashing with it, He says you won't, because your value will be parallel with that of the Kingdom. Remember He that is in you, engracing you with capacity, is greater than all the challenges set against you. And so when people expect to see you in sorrow, you'd be walking in glory. He says even those that were outrightly opposed to you will come to seek help from you. They will acknowledge God in your life (Isaiah 60:14).
   Thus, you won't be the borrower anymore, you'll give to nations upon nations of people without even feeling at loss. You will be soaked with the blessings of the Lord that makes rich and adds no sorrows. This is God's promise to you. Your brass will become gold, and your iron silver (v.17). That means that small enterprise of yours keeping you surviving will turn into a thriving one. And it won't be temporary because your sun, He says, will never set (v.20). Remember, this isn't me pulling your legs or trying to motivate you, this is God's unfailing word regarding you. Believe it and walk in its consciousness every day.
    Every word of God is designed to change your story, all you have to do is believe it to see it actualized by doing all He expects of you as corresponding actions for its fulfilment; but never forget still that no matter who you are, in Christ you are destined to shine. Hallelujah!

Prayer:
Father, I thank you because my present and future are bright in Christ Jesus. And so I shall walk in victory from today and every day in all aspects of my life in Jesus Name. Amen

DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action. After they had sold him and feigned his death, they might have believed it had all ended, only to be shocked with the countenance of their father, thereby sentencing themselves to a lifetime of grief and sorrows from the man they honored most- their father Israel. In everything you do always remember that love comes before ambition. Most times we get so carried away in climbing the ladder of success that we fail to recognize and notice when there are hands stretching high for us to help lift them up.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
