It Will Be!

DAILY VITAMIN
- It Will Be
" He carries out and fulfills all of God's promises, no matter how many of them there are..." (2 Corinthians 1:20 TLB)
The Bible says that God is able to complete all that He has begun in your life (Phil 1:6). As such, that means that you are not intended to live a half-baked life. God is going to perfect His already perfect recipe on you. Ephraim, we are told, as a tribe appeared half-baked (see Hosea 7:8-9); but not the redeemed man in Christ- for we are COMPLETE in Him who has the fullness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:10).
Anyway, here is the part I want you to concern yourself with today. In The Living Bible translation of that verse, we are told that God "...will keep right on helping you grow in his grace until his task within you is finally finished on that day WHEN JESUS CHRIST RETURNS". Wow! Did you get that? What He means there is that there is so much in you to be seen and explored than you know. It is like what Solomon spoke of when he said that we are destined to shine brighter every day until the day of perfection when Jesus comes (Proverbs 4:18).
So, in other words, the present you isn't the best you God has in mind for you. He may have started building you, and now because you're three storeys high, you think it's your ultimate best where He has you now. But He says it isn't. He says you're bound to keep adding storeys to your present building, and He won't stop until Jesus is heralded back to us in glory.
Thus, your only license to stop growing in grace and success has to be Jesus' return because we'd be perfect then. But before then, we must keep growing in His blessings and graces. "That which He has started, He will see to it [supervise] that it is fulfilled".
Hence, know that you still have great things coming your way. We may see things and judge things based on how it appeared, but God sees and judges things based on what He's said. Your life will not end at the level you are now. God will take you exactly where He promised you. By reading the signs, it may not seem so now, but He says it will happen. It may have tarried a while, but He will do it. There is no such thing as a delay or denial with God, only time; and as long as we are doing all He expects of us, He says in its time it shall come to be.
Remember Uzziah's story, as long as He followed God's path for him, the Lord ensured he prospered (2 Chronicles 26:5). No circumstance could stop it. How much more you who have been redeemed in Christ to reign and rule? It is your heritage, and you best believe it because it will be.
