Overcoming Problems (1)

DAILY VITAMIN
- Overcoming Problems (1)
"And there is hope for your future, says the Lord; your children shall come back to their own country." (Jeremiah 31:17 AMP)
Most times, we try to be so perfect that we tend to believe that if we do something at any given time, it might affect our future, whereas we fail to realize that we affect our future even when we do nothing at all.
Our fear of failure has so much as eaten up even the slightest bit of zeal to try out something before commenting on it. In fact, nowadays we give remarks before trials, not because this things can't be done, but because the fear of failure has overshadowed any hope of the actual possibility of such a deed by us.
But guess what? A friend once said 'Failure is not a name'; and I wish to also say that failure often times is a process that can be redirected through another pathway into something worthwhile.....into success, depending on how you look at it, and think of it. It's not your name, and so it shouldn't be your bane.
For instance, the inventors who tried a thousand times before succeeding didn't see failure as a setback, but as a means to correct their mistakes. The Prophet Micah spoke of a righteous man as one who does not see failure as the end, but as a call for a new start.......falling 6 times but arising 7 times more.
Now the question is, what do you see your simple flaws and temporal failures as? A reason to stay down, or a challenge to get back up and beat the bane?
Whatever you think it is, is what it becomes to you. However, I implore you to never make failure your end; for there is more to life than today - being a failure today doesn't leave- nor guarantee-you as one tomorrow, unless you do nothing. Remember, no one and nothing can make you any better or worse than you permit to be. We are masters of our own destinies. Men may advice and pressure you; God may advice and influence you; the devil may advice and deceive you; but ultimately only you can choose your lot in life.
Life can be understood backward, but it must be lived forward. The past is not your potential; neither is the present. They only show you where you are now; but there's more you can be after today. Hence, do something, and beat failure today for tomorrow's sake!
