In this year, as at other times, there are going to be a lot of panic attacks- giving ups on some people's part and discouragements from even those we think wouldn't; but as clearly as the sun comes out at 6, it's an inevitable phase in life. The only difference between its effect on one person from another is the way they handle them. Their attitude is what makes the difference. So, it's never the problem, it is the person.
A lot of people are going to say to others as it was said to Joseph 'Let's see how their dreams are going to manifest'; and as to Jesus they would tell them 'Nothing good can come out of here' . As to Jephthah they are going to spew them out because of their petty societal class; and these are really going to shake a whole lot of persons, making them feel unworthy, even to the extent of burying their own dreams with their own hands.
David was once in this same situation. He had at various points in his life been in a position where he could have easily given up on God at the sight of the raging storms before him that defied God's word to him, but what did he do? He never stopped believing God would do that which He said He would. He confessed 'I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of God...'(Psalm 27:13).
So get prepared; people are going to try all they can to prevent your dream's actualization in any way possible, but there's your panacea - even when they scare you, never stop believing what God told you; even when they say it's not possible, never for once stop believing what God told you. Keep believing in the light what God told you in the dark, for when the blows of disappointments, discouragements and impossibility threats cause you to faint, only your faith in God can bounce you back up. Wait out the storm in trust of His fulfilling all He's promised.
Hence, I don't know about you, but I believe what He told me already, and I hope you do the same; as for me from this year onwards is just going to be the entrance into the era of excellent achievements and heaven-sent opportunities. If you like you can tune yourself to the same, because if He's said it, believe Him, He's gonna do it.
