Better Days On The Wings of Trust

DAILY VITAMIN
Better Days On The Wings Of Trust
The key to a renowned life is not just the acquisition of stupendous achievements, but your ability to look away from the problems and focus on the solution. People remember you not just for the gettings you acquire, but also for the lessons you left behind to be learned from. Not what you have, but what you have done is always the subject matter in the mouth of all concerning you.
Jesus, while speaking to the soon to be pioneers of the church in John 14:1, said "Let not your heart be troubled.......believe also in Me". The troubles will always come, because from the day Adam fell, he chose to share this world with the father of all chaos- the devil (Note: Christ redeemed the 'man', and not the 'world'); and though Jesus knew this, it didn't bother Him, because He knows that a man with his eyes fixed on God amidst these issues is safer than the experienced sailor with all hands on deck in the deep blue sea. He knew that a man who kept chasing after Him will eventually find himself so fa
r than the devil can reach.
Why? This is because such a man is like a house planted on the hill which feels the tide smashing in its direction all day long, yet is sure of coming out strong, for he dwells in God -our Holy Hill.
You see, God wants to use you to teach the world something it lacks, and that is unwavering trust. He wants you to show them that despite circumstantial occurrences, your trust in Him supersedes the fear imputed within by your challenges. He wants you to teach the world what it means to endure beautifully until your change comes. And note this: Job isn't remembered for his wealth, but for his humility in patience and trust towards God, because that's what makes perfection- not the wealth but the virtue that makes us more like Him.
Thus, I don't know what you might be passing through, but I admonish you to trust God, for you are almost there. He can save you and He will; all you need to do is to believe Him. Comfort yourself with these words: that even in the midst of the fire and the floods, He will keep you safe (Isaiah 43:2), because that's your present and your latter end.
Better days are ahead....and God is taking you through. Only trust Him!
