Stay Strong In God

DAILY VITAMIN
Statements like "Victory is won in the glimpse of defeat" may sound irrational, but almost everytime and always it turns out to be true. The greatest victory can be won even at that instant when you've decided to give up. Getting what you desire could be yours if you'd only wait a little bit longer in the battlefield of your belief and deeds. How do i know this? Not only does it happen to everyone of us in which we sometimes lose or sometimes win, i know a particular situation where it happened, and as assured as i can be the individual involved came out with a victory, and this person is no one else but Moses. Israel had just offended a multiple ring of nations simply because they were possessing the territories God ordered them to. But as they got closer to the next land God pointed at, they saw their opposition coming out immediately in a huge attack to totally destroy them. The sight, i believe, was so terrifying that it would have easily cut off Israel's 'sleeves' out of fear; but just when the fear was building up seeing themselves getting attacked, God spoke a word to them. He said "Do not be afraid of him. All the people and his lands are yours" (Deut 3:1-2 TLB); and that's exactly what He is telling us too right now. You might not be perceiving the reality of God's promises for you right now, and it seems like life itself is somewhat becoming bleak, even as it appears to be holding you down. Look here: God says don't be afraid, all He says is yours would be yours if you remain in Him and full of hope. Doing this would be profitable for you, you know why? because He did the same for Israel in time past, when He helped them (vs 3), and He sure can help you too. Thus, when you feel like giving up all hope of all God has promised to do, take an 'energy drink' (that is, increase your faith and keep it firm) because out of that almost defeated situation, God is going to bring out a great victory that can't be ignored. Let those words "Be not afraid of him" be dear to you, regardless of who 'him' may be, because even without the army or the arsenal we think we need to save ourselves, God will. However, this is mainly for those who dwell in His heart even as Israel was. Hence, abide in Him, trust Him, keep your hope candles burning, doing all He instructs you to do, and just wait as you see that vicious opposition of yours crumble right before you...........for all always goes well with us when we obey His laws (Deut 6:25 TLB).
