The Power Of Vision
DAILY VITAMIN
It's a popular saying that many a persons look, but only a few truly see. Now, if the greatest gift man has received isn't the gift of sight but that of vision, then it means true seeing is found in vision and not mere sight. Vision sees your destination even when you're a far way away from there. Vision judges by what it believes and not what is painted on the borders of regular human living. Vision agrees with God's say rather than being deflated by the opinions of men. Vision sees opportunities in oppositions, promises in problems, comebacks in setbacks, returns in detours, aand pastures in ruptures- and this is so because a man with a vision sees through his spirit more than he does through the eyes, thereby seeing everything God's way rather than the ways of men. For instance, let's take a look at Jesus Himself. Jesus had the cross placed before Him, yet He could see something different- glory. He had death offered to Him, yet He saw life, when He said "into your hands I commend My Spirit"(Luke 23:46). Jesus didn't see Himself going into the place mere men went- into corruption, He chose glory; and despite being in corruption for three days, He arose into glory. Proving that when we stay put on our God inspired visions, regardless of the present challenges posed against us, we'll surely receive as we've believed and made a vision of. Thus, don't judge by the present circumstances you find yourself, judge by all God's told you. Don't melt when problems come. Infact the fruit of the Spirit has its greatest effect in the midst of troubles. That is, without troubles, we'd be happy and have no reason for patience and most of the others; but this fruit, even in the midst of troubles, causes us to do the opposite of what normal people would do in a disastrous situation. So, know this: You are not normal as mere men. You carry a vision- walk with it and work on it. See things as it's seen in God's spirit than as it's in the physical, because if we as Jesus must end up in glory, we must start to see glories even when the world places a cross before us. Hope you see it as you should!
