  If God could give us Jesus, then He can give us His all. Jesus was His best reserved gift for man, and so if He could yet give us Him, then He definitely can provide for us anything we need- even that request that keeps the tears rolling down our chin. Having this knowledge that God is faithful and ever willing to provide for us, it would only be right for us to completely trust Him. And the one way to show that is to be fully committed to Him. The wave of problems are at the dock of our world, ready to cause a major hit, and only those who have their houses/refuges built on a rock would keep steady in this unsteadied period. This rock that holds us strong, keeping us hopeful in trying circumstances is God; and He wants us to trust Him in that. In our careers, marriages and homes, let us learn to commit all of our ways to Him so as to give Him the access He desires to direct our lives to the purpose He long before predestined. Well, when things aren't so good, stay committed- stay, loving Him and trusting Him. Stay, choosing to believe He would do all He's promised to do. Stay, keeping your joy intact from the devil that killed others'. You know the simplest way to know how you should react in any particular moment, especially the unpleasant ones, is on your knees- praying. This is because only God can truly tell how it's all going to end from the beginning; not those who mourn for you, or those who give supposedly great advice..only God. And since only Him knows all these, we'd be safer by staying committed to Him. God wants to fight for you, and face any given challenge with you; all you've got to do is let Him. All i have to do is let Him too. So what do you say? Would you let Him go first place in your life by choosing commitment to Him, or are you going to fight this war on your own? Two goes better than one any day; and having Him by our sides gives us the added advantage we need, and the arduous benefits we seek. And all of these begins by simply trusting God. Will you trust Him today?

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. Richly, not in terms of quantity or even quality, nor quantifiable mass, but richly based on how much from the heart it is given. Was the heart rich in compassion, God's love and mercy as it gave? Or was it full of egotism, self-pride and every trait that makes him believe it is all in his power? DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action. In everything you do always remember that love comes before ambition. Most times we get so carried away in climbing the ladder of success that we fail to recognize and notice when there are hands stretching high for us to help lift them up.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
