Waiting In Trust

DAILY VITAMIN
For everything God promises, Satan always has a counterfeit answer to lure the man away from the exact package he's been promised. This counterfeit is a quick and easy way but it isn't the way. And because it's easy, we hurriedly pick it without thinking twice, thereby leaving only to return in years to  come with a regretful countenance, and the remark 'if only i had waited'. God's ways are often as tough as tilling the ground with the sweat of our brows, but they are the best and true way. When God gives his word and asks you to wait for His answer, which is whenever He decides you're due, it would be folly to try to connive a separate means of getting that benefit quicker. This is because except you are supposedly lucky, you might just be an easy prey for these counterfeits the devil has laid on your path. And eventually when you do become its prey, you start living a counterfeit life. It may appear good at first like Adam's 960 years might have seemed, but it can never measure up to the original life of dominion God had intended for you. Nowadays, we have a lot of individuals going counterfeit; for some it's so bad that they can't even define who they are anymore, that they start saying things like 'I think i am', instead of an assured 'I know i am'. But you and i, we've got to be different. Thus, don't accept the counterfeit of God's promised blessing. Don't settle for any spouse because you're desperate, wait for God's best. Don't settle for just any way of getting wealth and fame, wait for God's ordained pattern. Don't go counterfeit; because the best that ever be reproduced and reinvented from a counterfeit is a counterfeit. So if you desire to make impacts that are original in state and effect, wait for God's ideal for you. God wants to see His preordained version of us, so let's not fall short of that; and this we do by trustfully waiting for His ideals for us.
