Restored!

One of the greatest assurance God gives to you and I is that He will restore our souls (Ps 23:3). So, in essence He is saying to us "Though you've been bedridden for a while, I will restore you"."Though your business is failing, I will restore you". "Though your marriage is wounded, I will restore you". "Though your finances are becoming bleak, I will restore you". "Though you never seem to find hope this days, I will restore you". God is willing to restore our joy, our bliss, our abundance, our good fortunes; and He is also willing to do so in great measures. But, as with every other promise of God, you have to thirst for it. Scriptures recorded that God was shocked when in the midst of a season of chaotic events, not even one Israeli was willing and thirsty enough to cry out 'Restore'. God expects us to yearn for His restoration just as much as He is willing to give it. However, the goodnews is that with Jesus everyday is a day of fresh restoration, all we need do is to go to Him to receive the rest He offers (Matt 11:28)- the restoration He freely gives. So cheer up! The grace is available today to enjoy God's restoration upon your life, your home, your career, your finances, your relationships and your health. All we need do is to make the decision now to approach His throne of grace and receive the grace we need to help in this time of need. The grace we need to be fully restored is all in Him (Jer 30:17-19); though God desires to show His saving power among all people, He can only to those who believe (1 Tim 4:10). Hence, do well to believe the best is coming your way.

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. Richly, not in terms of quantity or even quality, nor quantifiable mass, but richly based on how much from the heart it is given. Was the heart rich in compassion, God's love and mercy as it gave? DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
