God Cares!

In case you've never appreciated the words "God cares for your soul", you should today. In those few words, you can affirm that God is ardently concerned about you. He cares about your eternal sentence immensely that He gave Jesus to take up all your every wrong that you may have access by faith to this grace of a blissful life without end in His kingdom. He also cares about your present life that He gives Himself daily to serve in guiding you in your every day life. He loves your soul and every other part of you. He's concerned about how you feel daily- little wonder why He instructs us to think on goodly and pure things (Phil 4:8) so as to abate negativism and depressing feelings out of our persons; He cares about your relationships, your health, your education and in fact your every chore; and wants to be involved in every single detail of your life. God doesn't just want to save you and take you to heaven while you live a miserable life on the earth; No! God wants to be involved in every step of your journey through the earth even to heaven. Today, i want to set your mind right: Never harbour thoughts that God doesn't love you. Don't presume so because you're not having the best days of your life today. He loves you; and most times to get us to the fulness of His plans, He lets this supposedly hard times work out the jewel in us. So, fix your mind: God loves you, and He wants to show it every day to the world. If He loved you while you were yet a sinner (Rom 5:8), then you can be sure He would only go exceeding abundantly in that now that you are His. However, just in case you haven't committed yourself to be His prior to this moment, now would be a good time to do so. This is important because unless you are washed by Him-putting off your past ways and taking up His nature upon you-you have no part in Him (John 13:8). And being that He's only committed first to those who entrust their all to Him, i want you to be a beneficiary of that same grace. So please if you haven't, do now- invite Him into your life, confess Him as Lord and be declared saved. The greatest asset a man can insure is his soul (Mark 8:36), and only God can do that; and guess what? He wants to keep you that way from the precipice of your life on the earth till the very day you walk on heaven's streets. Till we meet again, enjoy being saved.

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action. In everything you do always remember that love comes before ambition. Most times we get so carried away in climbing the ladder of success that we fail to recognize and notice when there are hands stretching high for us to help lift them up.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
