Praises Give You Wings

  God is always willing to answer all our petitions. He loves us that much. He even went ahead to say whatsoever you ask in my name shall be given unto you (John 14:14). However, one thing you must know is that before you present your case to God, you must present your praise to Him. Scripture says "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise" (Ps 100:4). Thanksgiving is the first evidence of answered prayers. If you can believe it enough to thank God for it, then you have believed enough to receive it. Culminate the year with an overflow of supernatural benefits- and praising God can do that. According to Psalm 149:6, praising God with songs is equivalent to a sword in your hand to bring down every adversary. If you want to end this year high above your usual, then you have to find a way by all means to activate your praise mode. This holiday period should be a period of thanksgiving. Forget what our holiday calendar says, every day is a day of thanksgiving. And as you give God praise for all He's done and will do, He in return will culminate your year with an appraisal of favour. So, once again, like i said already: before you present your case to God, present your praise to Him, because praise pushes cases to settlement. Hence, if you already see God settling you in all ramifications of life this last few days, then you better start praising Him....Now!

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
