Faith Gives You Peace

 Does it ever feel like things are hard, and unable to pass into a part of the story where everthing turns out to be alright for you. Well, if yes, I admonish you to take condolence in these words. They have been helpful to me, to many others, and so i know they will to you. Long before any of us were born, God wrote these words. Long before our trials even existed, He placed these words in record to assure us of our existence in His plan of sustenance. He said, regardless of what we may be passing through, or may have to, "I lay in Zion a stumblingstone and a rock of offenc: and whosoever believes on Him shall not be put to shame" (Rom 9:33, Isa 28:16). I don't know how burdensome your situation is, but God knows; and He says just believe in Me and you won't see shame despite how near the problem is closing up on yoou. I have been down many times before, and even though my worries failed me, nor my bright plans, my decision to trust God for all He promises never fails. And with the same certainty of results, i'm urging you to choose to trust God today. You have available to you a surety that always proves effective. Make good use of it. Choose to believe God that He's going to settle you, heal you, deliver you and take care of you as He already promised. Like David said, you may feel like fainting, seeing how momentous those troubles are coming, but believing God to do as said will keep you standing. It will keep you hopeful; and hope maketh not ashamed (Rom 5:5). Give yourself the peace of mind you desire and deserve by heeding unto His words- "Looking unto Jesus". Don't look at the problem, look at the God who got the solution in His hands. Lay all your trust on Him, not because He has an endless back with which He can carry all burdens, but because He cares for you so much that He would carry them (1 Pet 5:7). He loves you that much. And so when He says I will deliver you in the time of trouble, do all you must to believe Him...... For as you must know believing Him is the first step to receiving it.

DAILY VITAMIN  There is a difference between giving and giving generously. Generosity is more than just how much you give, but how hearted you do. What makes the poor fellow rich in the sight of God is how richly he gives even though in need himself. Richly, not in terms of quantity or even quality, nor quantifiable mass, but richly based on how much from the heart it is given. Was the heart rich in compassion, God's love and mercy as it gave? DAILY VITAMIN Decisions made out of anger or envy are not only self destructive, but they also affect the attitude of those we seem not to desire their hurt. For instance, when the sons of Jacob conspired to kill Joseph, to them it was the perfect way to get rid of the 'big dreamer' that made them all look like vision-less fellows, and had taken their father's affection from them; so they took it upon themselves and agreed that they were totally correct in their intended evil action. In everything you do always remember that love comes before ambition. Most times we get so carried away in climbing the ladder of success that we fail to recognize and notice when there are hands stretching high for us to help lift them up.   DAILY VITAMIN - Actions Speak Loudest “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
