A story is told of the battle of Thermopylae about how 300 men who by working shoulder-to-shoulder withstood the menace of the great Persian army beyond comprehension for two days. The moral behind the story depicts togetherness as the factor that makes numbers count. This is because success is not a function of numbers alone, but of numbers knitted through a rectilinear group effort towards the attainment of the desired. By togetherness, the opposing side couldn't initially pose any threat despite being numerous; for as they say united we stand, divided we fall.
The efficacy of teamwork as seen at the aforementioned event now stands as an example of the power of a patriotic army and a symbol of courage against overwhelming odds. Notwithstanding, it's one thing to create a team, but quite another to create teamwork; and more importantly we must be apt to understand that a team can't work without teamwork. Teamwork doesn't just make up the strength of a team, it keeps it; and builds it up until such a team surpasses its supposed potentials. When we think of ourselves in relation to water, we'd realize that most of us do not really think much of a single drop of water. But when that single drop of water is connected with more single drops of water it can become a raging river, and when harnessed can be one of the most powerful forces on this earth. The same is true for us as men. Individually we may all not be highly coonsidered, but in each man is the potential for greatness. And when such men are harnessed as a unit wisely, they, too, can generate great power. Therefore, Teamwork is a dynamic process involving two or more persons with complementary skills, sharing common goals and exercising concerted physical and mental effort in assessing, planning or evaluating how to attain given aspirations. Hence, more than anything, to keep promoting the chances of progress in any endeavour you're engaged in, ensure that you choose to work with all available hands in unison; for what one man can do, two can do more. Thus, embrace the team spirit, and work out the societal advancement you seek.

Teamwork involves a group of people trying to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between them. Teamwork ameliorates disparity, curbs conceitedness, inculcates unity and breeds efficiency. Teamwork conceals our flaws and concentrates our strengths towards the achievement of any given goal. For instance, sticks are volatile to mechanical damage when presented solely, but when assembled as a bunch they receive more vigour to resist such breakage. More so, contrary to popular beliefs, we reach our greatest successes when we work hand in hand with others to reach theirs as well. In the same way, no one can whistle a symphony alone, rather it takes a whole orchestra to play it. With no further ado, in compliance with the previous exhortation, i urge you all to embrace the team spirit and work harmoniously towards building an ever flourishing society and a continually fluorescent world. Thus, no matter what happens, or where we find ourselves, let's never forget that we are more stronger when we are together; more heard, when we speak together, and more impactful when we work together. Therefore, let teamwork be our emblem, and our pedestal towards our collective aspiration, which is to lift our societies high with utmost dedication and selfless service. My friends, forgive me if i ask much of you, but let's keep togetherness in mind, for only together can we go further and farther towards the attainment of the expected end of the great.
