How is it possible to be angry and sin not ?

DAILY VITAMIN
- How Is It Possible To Be Angry And Sin Not
The last time I wrote on anger, I said that anger is not a sin until it transcends to an act of wrath. Why many may not agree with this, Paul gave us a clue in support of this when he said do not sin though ye be angry. Why would the Bible define anger and sin under two different categories of acts? Why didn't it affiliate them together. So how come Moses' anger is considered his sin?
Moses' sin against God wasn't anger. Now, did Jesus get angry and whip people of all forms -young, old, male and female? Yes. Did God count it as sin? No. He said He was yet without sin. Did David get angry when Nabal mocked him? Yes. Did God count it as sin? No; for as much as he didn't attack him as planned. Was Moses angry when he crushed the golden calf and forced all Israel to drink of it? Yes. Did. God count it as sin? No. Then, why did God count the incident at Meribah as sin? Because his anger led him to disobedience, which is a sin against God. You see, not anger but it's fruits is sin. When anger in all its bitterness is put into action, wrath and rage is unleashed; and disobedience and rebellion are practiced. It is not abnormal for you to get angry. Infact, if you didn't, it would be. The real issue lies in managing anger. And so when Paul says be angry and sin not, he said it from the understanding that it can be managed. And shows us how in Ephesians 4:30-32 - By the Holy Spirit who dwells in and with us. He gives us self-control. Jesus overcame anger and was declared to be without fault by the Spirit; we can as well. Thus, my question, do you know the Holy Spirit ?
