The Power Of A Praying Wife

 In the power of a praying wife, Stormie shares her personal experience to find contentment and fulfilment in her marital life. She makes prayer seem more like a journey than just an act; and emphasized on the importance of a wife to place absolute concern on the major and sensitive areas that make up her husband's persona, even in prayer. In this enlightening book, she teaches all who would care to learn how to keep their home fireproof from the wiles of the enemy; and also the indisputable role of a wife in the life of her husband. Though first published in 1997, this book still gets me every time, and I'm not even a woman ; so how much more you? I recommend it for women of all ages. Remember, as she wrote in this classic,   "Worrying changes nothing. Prayer changes everything.

Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:16 TLB) It was 4:30 p.m., sometime in late January 2015. The students were crowded en masse for Laboratory Practice registrations. Everybody was there; the sleek guys and girls, and the geeks as well. And also there was myself, and my very good friend Earnest. We were both members of the Christian Community on campus; but Earnest was the more vocal kind. Well, on this day, the hall was replete with students and the process slow, but eventually it got to our turn. The Registration Officer (R.O) requested for the required fee and documentation and thus signed me up; however when it was Earnest’s time to get registered, he failed to ask for the fee.
